Pioneer Journey's Pvt. Ltd.:
Wonderful arrangements, NO pitfalls, everything was in order and
thoroughly enjoyed and would highly recommend and glad to have
my name used as a recommendation.
Already gave my best friend Susan Frumin's son, your contact
info for later this month!.....Jeffrey
Mumbai....Loved it and the Taj Lands End Hotel.....
Did arrange my own Jewish Tour through Hotel...
You might want to arrange that, if you have Jewish clients that
are interested in seeing the local synagogues.
Deccan Odyssey Train/Outstanding and Highly recommend, in every
way! Worth the $350/day fare
Aurangabad should be on every tour of India with the Ajanta and
Ellora Caves!
A Real Must! Absolutely Amazing and Fascinating!
Delhi/ The Imperial Hotel was fabulous....I feel, though, that
you need 2 days, definitely in Delhi, and we only had 1
day....Would highly recommend that, as there is a lot to see and
do!
Khajuraho/ Great!
Varanasi/ Outstanding! Excellent Guide
Agra/ Loved the Oberoi Amarvilas, except....getting there @ 7:30
pm doesn't give one much time to enjoy the hotel and its
facilities...The Long Lunch @ Ursa Kirhan was wonderful, but we
spent almost 2 hours there. I don't know how you can work it
out, but you need longer at the Oberoi with those kinds of $
prices.
Jaipur/ Taj Rambagh Palace/ Fabulous, as was the elephant ride
and the fort!
Pushkar/ The Royal Tent is NOT for your upscale tourist.
Would have preferred the Pushkar Palace Hotel and been closer to
the grounds and town instead of a camel cart drive from the
Royal Tent facility for 40 min. each way....
Our Tent was on the last row and the sand was horrible to trek
through, to get to the very meager tent.
Bare minimum accommodations/ 1/2 * and food was worse!!!
Camel Fair was great, but you need to arrive day before
last....spend ONLY 1 night and see the races on the Saturday or
day that it is over!! 2 Nights there is TOO MUCH!! We felt that
we saw everything in 3 hours, except NO arrangement was made to
see the Lake and the Ghats and we missed that.
Khimsar Fort/ Outstanding....Loved the ambience, the fort &
ruins, wonderful shops, Jeep Safari to see desert animals, camel
cart ride to Sand Dune for Tea and Cookies and watch Sunset and
See Khimsar Fort Dune Village Hotel and Pond....so sharp! 2
nights made up for Pushkar Tent.
Wonderful Food!
Enjoyed walking 1/2 mile with the local goats to the NULA MOTI
Foundation Workshop where the local Ladies that sew the fabulous
clothes and gift items sold @ Khimsar Fort and in England, too!.
ABSOLUTELY do NOT recommend walking in town........Horribly
filthy and NOTHING to buy, but junk!!
Luckily my sister and I had a waiter from the hotel guides
us....definitely NOT a place to walk around and shop,
whatsoever!
Jaisalmer/ Liked it the least....Enjoyed the Taj Rawal
Kot....except a little too quiet!
No Shops or activities or entertainment. Should have gone with
your suggestion of the Gorbandh Palace.
TRIO the top restaurant was very dirty in town at night, and we
had a fabulous dinner at the Gorbandh Palace after we left Town,
as I had remembered seeing it on the highway, when we went for
our camel ride.
If we missed Jaisalmer on the tour, I don't feel that we would
have missed that much...
Desert ride on Camel was fun, but could be arranged @ Khimsar
Fort, too.
Jodhpur/ Taj Hari Mahal/ Great Hotel/ Great BBQ Dinner @ Pool/
Good shopping in City for Textiles
Udaipur/ Could have stayed there a week!
Taj Lake Palace....to die for accommodations and worth all the
extra that we paid for it!
Outstanding service and food
Had dinner the 2nd night @ the Oberoi Udaivilas....Gorgeous, but
too quiet and uppity to me and glad we were at the Taj and NOT
there.
Devi Garh for Lunch/ Also outstanding!
Singh and Ran: Best ever drivers I have ever had!
Above and beyond in every way and loved them, as they did all of
us...Punctual, caring, polite and always helpful!
Couldn't have been more conscious about out safety and
comfort....Can't say enough about them!
They were truly superb and we got to meet Singh's family which
was a treat!!!
Please send my regards.
If Jeffrey Frumin books with you, then, I hope you will get
Singh for him, as he is the BEST!!
Thanks very much for an outstanding planning and coordination of
our fabulous Indian Adventures!
It was truly exotic and next to my African Safari.11 years ago
in Botswana, Zimbabwe, and week in S. Africa, the best ever trip
I ever had....
It had everything and anything I was hoping for and you and your
Company made it happen!
Please Call on me for any and all recommendations!
I know I wasn't that easy, but when you spend a lot of $, you
want everything the way you want it or think that you want it!!!
P.S....The Main thing: Your local guides were terrific and very
knowledgeable about each locale.
We were very impressed.
Best Regards,

Dear Anil
Apologies for taking so long to get in touch. I have at long
last returned back home from all my travels. India is still by
far the best trip to date. I would just like to take this
opportunity to thank you for an amazing trip. Your professional
and friendly approach is carried through by all your
representatives threw out India. As you are aware we were
incredibly nervous, however you put our fears to rest and showed
us a phenomenally beautiful country which is only outshined by
the beautify of its people.
I have given your name and number to everyone who is now
interested in going to India after hearing about the fabulous
trip you put together for my mother and me. I tell everyone that
India is a country you need to experience since words are
insufficient to described it.
Once again, thank you so much for a wonderful experience and
there is no doubt in my mind that I will be back in India one
day. Its a country that now calls to me, even though I am home.
My mother has told me about the 'fun and games' the two of you
have had regarding the payment of the balance of the trip. I
apologies for the inconvenience caused to you due to the
ridiculous security measures imposed by the South African
Reserve Bank. I hope this has not put you off taking South
African's on tour.
Once again, thank you very much for the outstanding care which
you and your various representatives gave us.
Kind and warm regards
Nadine Stewart
